Dark Territory is what we railroaders call the non-technology based Manual Block Main Track.  This is the essence of qualified railroading.  Manual Block territory is where block signals are controlled manually by clearance card.  No displayable signals.  No rout locking, no current of traffic, no safety net.  Here track switches are hand thrown, block authority is granted via paperwork, copied by onboard crew-members or handed out on the fly from block towers.  Here time is applied to exacting measures and train superiority reigns supreme.  Only bold crews have the moxie to operate here.  

DARK TERRITORY signature blend explores the limits of roast profile. Three premium dense coffees are selectively chosen for uncompromising flavors, roasted dark for full development.  At 2nd crack, we "clear the main" to preserve some origin character. 

DARK TERITORY is an earthy full-bodied, glistening dark roast.  Expect heavily caramelized sugars, essence of dark cocoa, hints of cavendish along a bold smoky-sweet journey pleasantly bitter & rich with history.
